Welcome to our blog!
We suspect that none of you care about Jesse and I and that you're only here for fetal news but we accept that and we love you anyway. However, since our baby isn't quite here yet, you'll sometimes have to suffer through updates on his future parents. We hope that you enjoy our blog and post replies so that we can hear from you, too!
We've chosen the title "Growing Joneses" for a few reasons:
1. Laura is gaining pounds as she "grows" our child (whose birth weight doubles in these last two months).
2. We hope to update you on the physical growth of our little baby with pictures and videos once he gets here (sometime in the end of March!) We're hoping that he's at least around 6'1 by first grade. : )
3. Who knows, maybe we'll be updating you on future family growth one day (but not any day soon).

Hi Laura & Jesse ... and "baby boy Jones" #1! A great blog! Love the ultrasound pic of our grandson ... and Yes, the little punk does resemble Charlie Brown ... hmmmm.... "Charley Brown Jones" may be a name you'll need to consider! (I guess it is better than Gregory Mark or Mark Gregory ... or Gre-Mark Jones - you know, sort of like his uncle Joe-Heinz, or as US Air says: "JoeHinz Jones." ;-)
