Nolan is now an expert beachgoer. He can swim the ocean, build sandcastles, surf the waves and evade the beach tag people. Here are some pictures of our trip to Ocean City New Jersey with our friends from North Carolina.
This is Nolan's first time touching the ocean. He liked it...sort of...he hated it, it was too cold. See the video below of his reaction to the waves.

A big thanks to Laura's mom and Mrs. Kelly for making the trip possible. We needed a place to stow Nolan out of the sun and Mrs. Kelly graciously let us use her condo while Lorraine kept an eye on our firstborn.

Ha! I love this video of Nolan's 1st time in the Ocean! It reminds me of your first time in the same ocean - in Ocean City (I think!) Some great pics you've posted here! I especially like "Nolan's Maiden Voyage." Oh yea, we brought back Nolan's Life Jacket, which I'll send via UPS to you this week ... who knows you may be invited to a pool party & you will need Noley's Life Jacket!
We miss you guys BIG! Hope we can connect via Skype soon. We are praying for you all!
